Sajid Khan and Wajid Khan better known as the music composing duo ‘Sajid-Wajid’ have composed music for films like Pyaar Kiya Toh Darna Kya, Hello Brother, Tumko Na Bhool Payenge, Tere Naam, Mujhse Shaadi Karogi, Garv collaborating with Himesh Reshamiya and Anu Malik for the respective films but not getting credits. They also composed the song ‘Mashallah’ from Ek Tha Tiger while Sohail Sen composed the other songs on the album.
The became solo composers from Emraan Hashmi starrer The Killer and went on to work on Salman Khan films such as, Partner, Wanted, Dabangg, Dabangg 2, Dabangg 3, Akshay Kumar’s Housefull 2 and Rowdy Rathore, Varun Dhawan’s Main Tera Hero and Tiger Shroff and Kriti Sanon’s debut Heropanti. Wajid khan had been hospitalised for Covi-19 and later passed away due to complications that arised from a kidney infection.
