Abhishek Bachchan recently completed 20 years in Bollywood. The actor has been sharing heartfelt notes about his films and co-stars on Instagram. He marked his big Bollywood debut with ‘Refugee’, a 2000 romantic drama film written and directed by J. P. Dutta. It also marked the debut of Kareena KapoorKhan. His ‘Refugee’ co-star Suniel Shetty took to his Instagram to wish Abhishek. He shared a throwback picture with the him and captioned it, ”20 years and still my favourite baby, AB baby❤😘@bachchan”. As soon as he shared the post, Abhishek commented, “Love you anna. Thank you for everything.❤️🤗.” The two are set to work together in ‘Hera Pheri 3’ which also stars Paresh Rawal and John Abraham.
The ‘Bunty Aur Babli’ actor marked the special day by sharing a special post. He wrote, “Time flies when you’re having fun! #RoadTo20 Today, 20 years ago JP Dutta’s Refugee released. Marking the introduction of yours truly and @kareenakapoorkhan into the world of films. Your first film is always most dear and special; Refugee was no different. An amazing experience! A newcomer could not have asked for anything else. JP sahab was the best teacher. Caring, nurturing and has since been an amazing guiding force for me. The entire cast and crew were so patient,supportive and encouraging. My love and respect for all of them is boundless. Thank you!”
