Vanitha Vijayakumar got married to filmmaker Peter Paul on July 27th according to Christian customs with her two daughters serving as bridesmaids. Since then controversies have been erupting with the Peter’s first wife lodging a complaint stating that the marriage is illegal as they are not divorced yet. Kasthuri, Lakshmi Ramakrishnan, Kutty Padmini and producer Ravindar have made comments, criticising Vanitha’s decision, especially pointing out the safety or her two grown-up girls.
Vanitha Vijayakumar is known for taking on criticism boldly and has responded to them that “she is a lioness when it comes to her kids and knows how to protect them”. To shut down trolls and critics Vantiha shared new photos in which her daughter Jovika is seen bonding with Peter and she has captioned the post saying, “To all those who never had a real dad…and the second one “A biological father is different ..a daddy is different…a daddy is a mom..a mom is everything”
