The internet was flooded with celebrities all across the nation sharing pictures of them celebrating Raksha Bandhan and the Kapoor family being no exception. The Kapoor family celebrated Raksha Bandhan at Raj Kapoor’s residence in Chembur on Monday. Ranbir Kapoor, Aadar Jain, Saif Ali Khan, Kareena Kapoor Khan along with Taimur, Neetu Kapoor, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, Kunal Kapoor joined in the celebration. Ranbir Kapoor’s girlfriend Alia Bhatt and Aadar Jain’s girlfriend Tara Sutaria were also present.
When Randhir Kapoor was called for an interview he told the leading newspaper, “We lost two members of our family this year. My siblings Rishi and Ritu. It has been a difficult time for us. I am the head of the family now. On the occasion of Raksha Bandhan, they all thought of coming over and meeting me. We had lunch together. It was good to meet everyone. Lolo (Karisma Kapoor) couldn’t make it as her daughter isn’t well.”
Karisma Kapoor was missing from the pictures as her daughter Sameira Kapoor was not keeping well. Kareena Kapoor Khan took to Instagram to share a few snaps also posting a picture of elder sister Karisma telling her she was being missed. Neetu Kapoor and Riddhima Kapoor Sahni posted on Instagram as well!
