Sushant Singh Rajput’s former manager Disha Salian was found dead on June 9. According to sources, she had committed suicide by jumping of the 14th floor of a building in Malad, Mumbai. This news left everyone in shock as she died young. Almost a week later Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead on June 14, in his flat. He had committed suicide by hanging himself. The reason behind him talking such a big step remains unknown.
The actor was best known for playing the role of Captain Cool M.S. Dhoni is his biopic film. His last film was Chhichhore which released in September last year. The film was directed by Dangal director Nitesh Tiwari and starred and ensemble cast of Shraddha Kapoor, Varun Sharma, Tahir Raj Bhasin, Naveen Polishetty and Prateik Babbar. His film Dil Bechara a remake of ‘The Fault In Our Stars’ is to release this year. The film also stars Sanjana Sanghi.
According to reports, Mayor Savita Devi said that Sushant was a great artist, and the renaming of the road and the roundabout is a way of paying a tribute to him. According to her, the road that goes from Madhubani to Mata Chowk will now be called Sushant Singh Rajput road and a popular car company roundabout has also been rechristened to Sushant Singh Rajput Chowk.
