Radhika Madan acted in TV shows before veturing into films. She was seen in ‘Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi’ and ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa’ season 8. She made her film debut with Vishal Bhardawaj’s ‘Pataakha’ opposite Sanya Malhotra. She won Star Screen Award for promising newcomer. She also won accolades for her performance. She then appeared in Vasan Bala’s action comedy Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota. It premiered in the Midnight Madness section of the 2018 Toronto International Film Festival, where it won the People’s Choice Award: Midnight Madness. The film was also screened at the 2018 MAMI Film Festival. The film marks the debut of Abhimanyu Dassani. He won the Filmafare Award for Best Male Debut.
She also essayed the role of Tarika Ghasiteram Bansal, Irrfan Khan’s daughter in the 2020 Bollywood movie Angrezi Medium starring Dimple Kapadia, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Deepak Dobriyal, Kiku Sharda and Ranvir Shorey. The film was theatrically released in India on 13 March 2020.With its theatrical performance affected by the closing of cinemas due to the COVID-19 pandemic, plans for a re-release were cancelled and the film was made available digitally less than a month after its release on Disney+ Hotstar. This was Irrfan Khan’s last film before he passed away in April 2020
