The Mission: Impossible franchise has been everybody’s favourite, not only because it Stars action hero Tom Cruise but also because the plot of every film leaves us clinging to our seats thinking “What’s going to happen next?” The movie has six parts Mission: Impossible, Mission: Impossible II, Mission: Impossible III, Mission: Impossible- Ghost Protocol, Mission: Impossible- Rogue Nation and Mission: Impossible Fallout. The First film starred Jon Voight, Henry Czerny, Emmanuelle Béart, Jean Reno, Kristin Scott Thomas, Vanessa Redgrave. The second starred Dougray Scott Thandie Newton, Richard Roxburgh, John Polson, Brendan Gleeson, Rade Šerbedžija .
The third film starred Philip Seymour Hoffman, Ving Rhames, Billy Crudup, Jonathan Rhys Meyers,Keri Russell, Maggie Q, and Laurence Fishburne. The fourth film starred Paula Patton, Michael Nyqvist, Vladimikr Mashkov, Josh Holloway and Anil Kapoor. The fifth film starred Simon McBurney, Tom Hollander, Zhang Jingchu, Alec Baldwin, Jens Hulten and Hermione Corfeild. The sixth film starred Henry Cavill, Angela Bassett, Wes Bentley and Frederick Schmidt.
Ving Rhames has been reprising his role as Luther since part one, Simon Pegg has been reprising his role as Benji Dunn since part three, Michelle Monaghan who plays the role of Tom’s wife Julia made her first appearance in part three and was seen in a cameo in part Ghost Protocol and played an extended cameo in Fallout. Rebecca Ferguson who essays the role of Ilsa Faust was seen first in Rogue Nation and later reprised her role in Fallout. Vanessa Kirby played the White Widow in Fallout. All these characters are set to reprise their roles in part three, whereas there’s no con formation about Michelle’s character appearing in part 7.
Hayley Atwell, best known for playing Peggy Carter, Captain America’s love interest and S.H.I.E.L.D’s founder in Marvel movies, will also join the franchise. She took to social media to confirm the news with a picture. The film is also to star Pom Klementieff, Esai Morales and Shea Whigham. The makers announced that there will be two more part with which the franchise would end. Mission: Impossible 7 was all set to release in November 2021. But the shoot has been put on hold due to the outbreak of the Corona Virus pandemic. The makers have now confirmed, that the shooting will resume from September.
